the dimensions of the cover are: length 3.3x1.5x45. The material is made of PVC, waterproof but can break easily

The seller took the money, but the goods did not deliver!!!
Sent it is not clear how, Customs requested a screen of the passport!!!
I took the side of the seller! result: the delivery was paid, the goods were not received! at least the money was returned for the goods.
